District Manager, Product Education

Responsibilities:

• Leads day-to-day activities and motivates sales team to achieve sales targets for product portfolio(s) within assigned region

• Works with regional management to establish strategy and tactical approach for generating regional sales in support of corporate strategies and objectives

• Coaches sales team, providing timely feedback, direction and guidance to ensure effective sales efforts

• Helps secure and maintain customers through high level customer contacts

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in a scientific or business field; marketing education/experience a plus

• 5-7 years' pharmaceutical, biotech or healthcare industry experience with special focus on sales and/or marketing

• 3+ years' as country sales manager

• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations
