About You

We are seeking a switched-on, safety-conscious, and motivated Commercial Packing Team Lead who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You’ll bring a strong mix of technical ability, physical capability, and teamwork. This role will suit someone who is disciplined, proactive, and keen to take ownership of their space while supporting smooth operations across the DC.

You Will Have:

• A valid LF Forklift License (mandatory) - high reach experience preferred
• Strong computer literacy, including email, Excel/Google Sheets, and basic WMS knowledge
• Proven pick-and-pack experience with an eye for detail and safe, efficient dispatch
• The ability to lift up to 25kg regularly (role is physically demanding)
• A solid understanding of safe truck loading, COR requirements, and transport compliance
• Experience liaising with commercial and transport teams to meet dispatch deadlines
• The ability to step up and lead additional staff during peak demand periods

The Role

You will be working with an amazing team to successfully complete all warehouse operations while having access to your own dedicated forklift, laptop, scanner, and iPad to ensure you can perform at your best

You Will Be Responsible For:

• Picking and dispatching orders (including commercial orders placed late in the day)
• Inventory control and stock accuracy
• Wrapping and preparing goods safely for transport in line with COR requirements
• Liaising with internal and external teams to ensure smooth operations
• Supporting truck loading in line with company policies and WHS standards
• Leading by example and potentially supervising additional team members as workload grows

Availability:

• Monday to Friday (8am - 4:30pm)
