Radiology Administrative Assistant
Pinehill Hospital, Hitchin
Full-Time, 37.5 Hours
We are looking for an experienced administrator to join the Imaging Department at Pinehill Hospital. The role will be varied providing assistance to the imaging manager, the radiographers and their administrator colleagues. The responsibilities will be numerous but will be focused on, booking appointments and dealing with telephone enquiries.
Excellent communication, time management and computer skills are essential for the role. The successful candidate will need to be able to work conscientiously and proactively in a dynamic environment.

What You'Ll Bring With You:
- Have sound computer / IT skills
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively with consultants, colleagues, patients and visitors on a day to day basis
- Provide a high level of customer service by responding efficiently to telephone calls, enquiries and requests
- Be able to work in a team
- Be able to work under own initiative and have an ability to prioritise own workload
- Previous experience of patient and radiology administration systems would be an advantage
