The Senior Client Services Project Management role for the DHS is an AT&T POC for multiple DHS customers throughout and after project completion. Leads communications efforts, provides billing support, maintains project schedules, and submits deliverables. Provides the critical personnel on specified projects with consistent support and easy access to AT&T leadership to escalate issues, identify / solve problems and perform additional duties as required by the customer.
Manage the end-to-end implementation of high-value, external customer-facing technical projects by acting as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction, and providing technical and analytical guidance through structured project management methodologies.
Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Comprehensive Project Oversight: Manage the entire lifecycle of high-value, customer facing technical projects, ensuring timely, within-scope, and budget-compliant delivery.
- Stakeholder and Vendor Coordination: Serve as the primary client contact, collaborate with internal teams and external vendors, and ensure alignment of project objectives and tasks.
- Technical Guidance and Risk Management: Provide technical expertise, employ structured methodologies, identify and mitigate risks, and proactively address issues.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and provide regular updates to stakeholders while ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Consultative and Documentation Support: Offer strategic advice to customers, manage vendor deliverables, ensure compliance with policies, and maintain accurate project documentation. May also provide the vehicle for building and/or venue owners to engage AT&T on network improvements.

Required Qualifications:
- Experience with troubleshooting billing related errors in AT&T and Fed Gov systems supporting the EIS program.
- Develop program strategies, goals, and objectives, aligning them with the customer requirements.
- Manage and coordinate multiple, interconnected projects within a program.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Manage and allocate resources effectively across projects.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks and issues.
- Track program performance, monitor progress against goals, and make adjustments as needed.
- Identifying opportunities to improve program management processes and efficiencies.
- Expertise in advanced Microsoft Excel functions and reporting.
Desired Education And Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 3+ years of related experience. Certification is
- required in some areas.
- Account/Project Management experience 3 – 5 years with Government telecom background.
- Broad knowledge in legacy/modern voice technology implementation and support.
Our Senior Client Services Project Manager's earn between $105,600 - $158,400. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
