About The Job

The Value Access & Pricing Specialist supports the development and implementation of local Market Access Strategy for Sanofi Specialty Care within the assigned therapeutic areas.

Main Responsibilities:

• Implementing local Market Access Plan for assigned therapeutic areas, including the value story and the omnichannel payer journey;
• Supporting the preparation fo the Pricing & Reimbursement Dossier;
• Supporting the negotiation strategy with pricing analysis, scenarios and tools;
• Designing and implementing health economics models and evidence generation projects, managing complaintly the internal tools and procedures in collaboration with Global;
• Developing regional materials and tools to support the regional and local access plan;
• Interacting with Global Health Economics and Value Assessment funciton for assigned projects and inputs.
• Experience: experience in market access department, health economics, evidence generation and pricing analytics.
• Soft skills: teamwork, problem solving, effective communication, negotiation.
• Languages: fluent in English.
