What You’ll Do:
• Manage complex structured settlement cases requiring advanced industry and compliance knowledge.
• Conduct regular quality assurance reviews to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Analyze team production data and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Mentor junior team members and lead training initiatives for new and existing staff.
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for internal teams, clients, and field consultants.
• Represent the department in communications with brokerage agencies, including quarterly check-ins.
• Review and analyze escalated settlement documents using advanced financial and legal expertise.
• Identify and lead process improvement initiatives to enhance service levels and product offerings.
• Monitor industry trends and advise leadership on policy and procedural updates.
• Consult on complex cases involving qualified status and guideline compliance.
What You Bring:
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
• 4–6 years of experience in structured settlements or highly regulated financial products.
• Strong analytical skills and project management capabilities.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in a high-touch operations environment.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• 7+ years of industry experience.
• Proven ability to lead initiatives and drive continuous improvement.

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, including training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The base pay is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
