Join Our Team as a Manager of Structured Settlement Operations
Are you a strategic leader with a passion for operational excellence and team development? We’re looking for an experienced professional to oversee our Structured Settlement New Business Operations. In this role, you’ll lead a high-performing team, drive process improvements, and ensure exceptional service delivery to clients, consultants, attorneys, and other stakeholders.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead all aspects of structured settlement new business operations, including personnel management and service delivery.
• Build and develop a strong team of professionals focused on onboarding and managing structured settlement policies.
• Foster a culture of ownership, growth, and continuous improvement through coaching and feedback.
• Identify training needs and implement development plans to close skill gaps.
• Set and monitor team goals aligned with quality standards and service level agreements.
• Analyze production data and provide performance insights to senior leadership.
• Deliver operational presentations to brokerage agencies and stakeholders.
• Identify and lead initiatives to improve service levels and expand product offerings.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and adjust operational strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with internal sales teams to strengthen relationships with key brokerage agencies and promote our leadership in the structured settlement space.
What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 8–10 years of relevant industry experience.
• 2–5 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Deep knowledge of structured settlements or other highly regulated financial products.
• Experience in high-touch operations environments and project leadership.
Preferred Qualifications:
• 11+ years of industry experience.
• 6+ years of leadership experience in a similar role.


Our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, including training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The base pay is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
