Position: Division Revenue Efficiency Team Lead
Location: Mechanicsburg, PA (ONSITE)
Schedule: Monday-Friday (Full-Time)

Purpose of Position:
As an Indirect Strategic Sourcing Analyst at West Shore Home, you will work closely with the Revenue Efficiency Coordinators, Purchasing and Customer Service teams, and leadership to support employees in their assigned divisions.
Key Role Accountabilities:
• Find opportunities to optimize resources daily to drive revenue and calendar efficiency, ultimately leading to achieving assigned divisions monthly revenue targets.

• Audit the pre-installation and installation schedule and revenue tracker for accurate information, including headcount availability, calendar blocks and revenue.
• Oversee Efficiency Coordinators in the absence of the Division Revenue Efficiency Manager(s), ensuring daily priorities and metrics are met.
• Act as first line of support for escalated customers, using best judgement to resolve issues.
Minimum Requirements:
• 2 years Customer Service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in IT hardware (desktop, servers, etc.), software (on-premises, SaaS, IaaS, etc.), and IT consulting/professional services contracts is preferred
