Project Manager D365 ERP (FO or BC)

Your Tasks

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business strategy and translate it into actionable ERP solutions.
• Guide and support your project team through all phases of delivery.
• Ensure alignment between client needs and technical execution across functional areas.
• Anticipate project milestones and proactively shape delivery plans.
• Champion change management and build trusted advisor relationships.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities with your strategic insights and expertise.

Your Profile

• University degree or equivalent.
• 8+ years of experience managing ERP projects in IT services.
• Proven track record leading large ERP teams (6+ people).
• Deep understanding of ERP systems—bonus if you know Dynamics 365 FO, BC, Finance, SCM, or Professional Services.
• Strong communicator with a client-first mindset.
• Fluent in French and English (German is a plus).
• Enthusiastic, flexible, and collaborative by nature.
