Why This Role Is Right for You
As a HR Country Lead, you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Rzeszów. 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all HR operations in Poland across multiple entities.
• Ensure compliance with Polish labor law and internal HR policies.
• Partner with business leaders to support organizational development, talent management, and workforce planning.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding processes.
• Collaborate with global HR teams to implement group-wide initiatives at the local level.
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement, absenteeism) to inform decision-making.
• Manage and develop the local HR teams.
• Support change management and transformation projects.
• Represent HR in audits and legal proceedings when necessary.
• Drive employer branding and employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to manage all HR functions in Poland across multiple legal entities.
• Strong knowledge of Polish labor law and HR best practices.
• Fluent English and Polish (C1 level) – both written and spoken.
• Experience working in an international team will be considered a strong asset.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with HRIS systems and data-driven HR practices is a plus.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions in a dynamic environment.
