What will you do every day?
We are looking for a dynamic Pre-Sales Consultant who can partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to design tailored Conversational AI solutions. You will engage with enterprise clients, understand their challenges, and demonstrate how Haptik’s platform can create business impact.
Ok, you're sold, but what are we looking for in the perfect candidate?
- Solution Consulting: Collaborate with Sales teams during discovery calls to gather requirements and propose the right solution.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on Conversational AI, automation trends, and competitor landscape to position Haptik effectively.
- Product Demonstrations: Deliver engaging product demos, presentations, and workshops tailored to client needs.
- RFP/RFI Support: Own and respond to technical and functional requirements, ensuring high-quality proposals.
- POCs & Solution Design: Architect proof-of-concepts and solution blueprints to showcase feasibility and business value.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build trusted relationships with business and technical decision-makers across client organizations.
- Collaboration: Work with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams to ensure smooth handoffs and solution feasibility.
Requirements*:
- 3–6 years of Pre-Sales / Solutions Engineering experience in SaaS, AI, CX, or related domains.
- Strong understanding of APIs, cloud, integrations, and enterprise IT ecosystems.
- Ability to translate complex technology into business value for diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent presentation, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Experience in writing proposals, handling RFPs, and creating solution documents.
- Consultative mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with Conversational AI, NLP, or automation platforms is a plus.
