Summary: Blood Cancer United is a mission centric, locally delivered and nationally powered organization, relentlessly pursuing cancer cures. To help achieve this mission, this role is responsible for a variety of critical internal operational and administrative support functions that serve the organization at large.
Core Responsibilities/ Primary Duties

• Execute internal operations support including, but not limited to matching gifts, peer to peer campaigns, financial processing, refunds, adjustments, receipts, unsubscribes, reimbursements.
• Serve as support for Peer-to-Peer campaign operational tasks
• Manage tickets and inbound customer inquiries through internal ticketing software, ensuring resolution within established SLAs.
• Responsible for resolving tickets and ensuring Matching Gifts (MG) are represented in all fundraising accounts.
• Verify all MGs through company portals, ensuring integrity of the Blood Cancer United WPG program is maintained.
• Process reports to verify that all MG and WPG funds have been accounted for in appropriate accounts
• Ensure reporting is accurate across internal Constituent Relationship Management software (CRM) and accounting software.
• Ensure timely revenue processing (e.g., checks, wires, stock donations, donor-advised funds), corrections, and reconciliation of outstanding fundraising balances.
• Partner with finance and relevant partners to manage errors and adjustments.
• Support Advancement and Accounting in pledge payment processing
• Address check processing errors and issues on behalf of the organization by responding to Remote Image Capture (RIC) issues and Deposit Adjustment Notices (DANs); Track voided checks and communicate with Support Services for customer clarity
• Respond and process chargebacks on behalf of the organization
• Ability to maintain strictest confidentiality and follow detailed workflows to maintain access to banking systems.
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of assigned campaigns and functions.
• Stay informed and maintain a strong understanding of Business Operations processes and quality standards.
• Move across functions to support the needs of the greater team through guided education and training.


Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in a directly relatable role
• Prior Blood Cancer United experience preferred
• Knowledge of Blood Cancer United mission, products and services preferred

We are excited to share the base pay range for this position is $48,000 to $50,000. The offered compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, business need, market conditions, proficiencies, skiBlood Cancer United, education, and experience. Additionally, at Blood Cancer United we place a high value on internal pay equity and will consider the current compensation of similarly situated roles and direct team members. Base compensation is only one component of our Total Rewards program, which also includes an annual incentive plan and a competitive benefits package.
