Position
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Senior Account Manager to join our team in Shanghai, China. This role is fully remote; however, occasional travel to Beijing will be required. The ideal candidate must be a native Chinese national, fluent in Mandarin, and possess a strong background in B2B account management and sales, preferably within the SaaS or engineering solutions space.
This role will be critical in expanding Accuris' presence in the Chinese market by maintaining and growing strategic relationships, driving revenue from existing accounts, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Accuris solutions.


Responsibilities
Account Growth & Strategy:
• Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to achieve revenue targets in the Chinese market.
• Identify client needs, industry trends, and opportunities to drive long-term account growth.
Client Relationship Management:
• Serve as the trusted advisor for enterprise-level accounts, managing senior-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement.
Revenue Generation:
• Drive upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities within assigned accounts.
• Support selective new business development in alignment with growth strategy.
SaaS & Solution Selling:
• Apply strong knowledge of SaaS/engineering solutions to position Accuris offerings effectively.
• Maintain a competitive awareness to differentiate Accuris in the market.
Collaboration & Communication:
• Partner with marketing, product, and support teams to deliver solutions tailored to client needs.
• Clearly articulate Accuris’ value proposition in Mandarin and English to diverse stakeholders.
Data-Driven Execution:
• Leverage analytics, KPIs, and forecasting tools to monitor account performance.
• Share insights with clients and internal teams to drive continuous improvement.


Qualifications
• Proven track record in enterprise account management, renewals, or sales in China.
• Experience with SaaS and/or engineering solutions strongly preferred.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to grow accounts strategically.
• Results-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
• Native Chinese speaker with excellent Mandarin communication skills; proficiency in English required.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to Beijing.


Education
Bachelor’s Degree preferred (Engineering, Business, or related field ideal).
