Alvotech is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Research and Development (R&D) Technician to support our innovative R&D team. As an R&D Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our R&D operations. You’ll be part of the lab management team, ensuring that our R&D departments run smoothly by managing key supporting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of media and buffers for R&D programs.
• Inventory management.
• Equipment management, for example calibrations/verifications and cleaning.
• Laboratory ware management.
• Take responsibility for the upkeep of common R&D areas.
• Additional support across various R&D functions as needed.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s or a technical degree is desirable but not a requirement. (New graduates are encouraged to apply).
• No prior experience is required, though any previous laboratory experience is a plus.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel).
• Strong English language skills, both spoken and written.
• Ability to multitask and manage various responsibilities simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
