We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, North America Benefits to join our People Rewards team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA – Hybrid.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Serve as a liaison for the corporate benefits team by handling escalations, supporting employee events, and other related initiatives
- Manage vendor relationships and establish effective partnerships with carriers to ensure successful execution of benefit programs
- Support ongoing maintenance of contracts, service agreements, and other plan documentation—ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely updates
- Implement and maintain benefits data workflows across all applicable systems, including file‐feed management, technical troubleshooting, and HRIS platform operations
- Prepare and analyze plan utilization & engagement metrics, employee feedback, and campaign outcomes to generate insights and drive continuous improvement of Benefits plans, communications and experiences
- Effectively manage employee escalations via the internal ticketing system, providing direct, timely solutions and tracking resolution progress
- Support strategic engagement and communication initiatives for BNY healthcare offerings, ensuring messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with enterprise tone and brand standards
- Support the development and delivery of broader Total Rewards engagement materials to enhance employee experience and program visibility
- Collaborate with Corporate Communications, Legal, and HR teams to align benefits messaging with firm-wide strategies
- Maintain governance and accuracy of content across internal and external platforms, ensuring stakeholder alignment and compliance with documentation standards
- Partner with Product Owners and external vendors to develop compliant, engaging content across multiple channels to support Benefits program delivery
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in HR, communications, or related discipline
- Previous experience with corporate benefits administration
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing effective communications that enhance participant understanding and drive engagement
- Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to create clear, visually compelling presentations for diverse audiences
- Track record of driving awareness and participation in programs through targeted engagement strategies
- Strong analytical skills with experience preparing and interpreting engagement metrics, employee feedback or campaign performance reports
- Strong collaborator who builds partnerships to achieve shared goals and foster belonging
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative and solution-oriented approach to problem solving
