We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist to join our Document Custody, Operations team. This role is located in Moorebank, Australia (Hybrid)

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

  • Maintains physical and digital records of documents submitted by clients. Responsible for ensuring accuracy, completeness of information and the escalation of issues when collateral cannot be certified.
  • Ensures policies and procedures for data verification and record keeping are followed provides assurance that client data is accurate before storing.
  • Provides second level client support and escalates any issues regarding the completeness of documentation received.
  • Maintains physical and/or electronic document storage systems and works with technical support teams to ensure they run without issue.
  • Works with senior document custody resources on special research projects as required.
  • Responsible for the quality and completion of own work. Work is focused on multiple clients.


To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

  • Must be proficient with MS Excel
  • High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 0-3 years of total work experience preferred.
