As General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the hotel’s continued reputation as a leading destination in the Vancouver market.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Sandman Signature Vancouver Airport Hotel.
• Lead with a hands-on management style, inspiring and developing your team.
• Drive financial performance, establish service standards, and monitor results.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to maximize revenue.
• Build strong community, business, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
• Foster a guest-first culture, addressing feedback and ensuring every guest leaves with a positive impression.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years Hotel General Manager experience OR 3–4 years as a Sales or Rooms Division Manager.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with proven success in motivating and developing teams.
• Experience in financial management, strategic planning, and operational excellence.
• A passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Hotel PMS systems.
