Provides advanced clinical expertise, education, and consultation on Respiratory Care procedures for patients of all age groups in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards of care and practice and works to influence and promote change to improve standards of patient care through clinical practice, program development, and role modeling. Participates in the selection, orientation, supervision, and evaluation of employees and initiates/implements disciplinary actions as required according to organizational policies, procedures, and protocols.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Respiratory Care or a combination of education and directly related work experience.
- Washington Respiratory Care Practitioner License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire within 90 days of hire.
- National Provider PALS - American Heart Association upon hire within 90 days of hire.
- 3 years of Registered Respiratory Therapist.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year of Leadership Experience.
