Work in conjunction with an RN/provider to ensure quality patient care and optimum customer service. Responsible for coordinating inpatient and outpatient surgical cases. Provides routine and complex financial counseling to patients, researches routine and complex referral and billing issues and completes routine and complex encounter form coding for all surgical cases.

Required Qualifications:
- Health care or insurance experience.
- 1 year of Ambulatory practice experience.
- 1 year of experience with coding ICD9, CPT, and HCPCS.
- 1 year of Third party billing and referrals experience.
- Prior experience in liaison role for providers and staff.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year of comparable experience in an out patient care setting.
- Experience with Windows, Word, Excel.
