Sysco LABS Sri Lanka delivers the technology that powers Sysco’s end-to-end operations. Sysco LABS’ enterprise technology is present in the end-to-end foodservice journey, enabling the sourcing of food products, merchandising, storage and warehouse operations, order placement and pricing algorithms, the delivery of food and supplies to Sysco’s global network and the in-restaurant dining experience of the end-customer.
The Opportunity
The Support Analyst, Global HRIS acts as HR data subject matter expert, demonstrating understanding of how data is managed across multiple data systems and HR platforms across our global HR enterprise. The Support Analyst will be responsible for daily system audits, compliance, and system of record expertise, ensuring data integrity and validation across multiple data systems. They’ll partner will Sysco HR Technology, local HR partners and international HR country leads.
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing daily integrations/audits, provide initial triage of Workday help cases across the Global HRIS queues; resolving issues (upon further training)
- Partnering with Global HRIS Management
- Addressing issues or escalating as necessary to HRIS functional areas for further analysis or completing tasks
- Leading and partnering with the business and HR leaders to map HR processes, maintain data integrity, and recommending solutions for continued process improvement
- Following established procedures for updating, validating, and correcting employee records or other related HR data, as needed
- Providing support for Global HR systems including researching, and resolving problems, unexpected results, or process flaws; performing scheduled activities; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements
- Assisting with development and delivery of HRSD training; I.e: gathering process information and screenshots
- Managing EIB loads globally
- Participating in business process test execution, as needed, to support global projects
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field
- 1+ years of work experience, entry level HR (HRIS); Workday preferred
- A basic understanding of HR processes, procedures, controls, and compliance requirements
- Hands-on experience with an ERP system required (Workday preferred)
- Experience with data analysis, data manipulation and system documentation
Requirements:
- Experience with Microsoft tools and applications required
- Must be self-motivated, organized and capable of proactively identifying, sourcing, and handling multiple projects to successful completion
- Strong computer skills: proficient with MS Outlook, Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
