Our continued success and business growth has opened exciting opportunities for energetic, experienced and ambitious Warehouse Operators to join our successful team.

Job duties:
•    This role entails regular manual handling duties (e.g. regular lifting and moving) alongside manual dexterity (e.g. use of equipment and movement of stock) in the following key functional areas of distribution, goods-in/receiving, put-away, picking and loading goods.
•    Meet targets set by management and the customer with regard to productivity, performance, accuracy, timekeeping and attendance.
•    Order filling and moving stock following safe manual handling techniques.
•    Ensure stock is received, stored, packed and transported according to the highest standards.
•    Work in both warehouse environment and customer factory
•    Keep our warehouse clear and ensure any potential hazards are dealt with quickly.
•    Follow documented procedures in line with Company and Customer requirements.
•    Maintain a high level of personal hygiene and presentation.

• Essential Experience, Skills and Attributes:
• •    Full clean driving licence
• •    Excellent teamworking skills along with the ability work independently
• •    Dexterity (e.g. ability to regularly lift and move goods) 
• •    A flexible “can do” approach and attitude
• •    Flexibility and reliability
• •    Good level of verbal and written communication skills in English
• •    High level of accuracy, striving for 100% accuracy and maximum productivity in all tasks
• •    Excellent interpersonal skills
• Desirable Experience, Skills and Attributes:
• •    Previous experience in a busy warehouse environment
• •    Using applications i.e stock database, email, Microsoft Excel etc
• •    Manual handling trained
• •    Good understanding of Health & Safety in the workplace
• •    Using counter balance fork truck, current licence would be an advantage but not essential
