Summary:
As a Senior Project Manager at Securiti, you will be responsible for leading comprehensive data governance and privacy projects from initiation to completion. This role entails overseeing all aspects of project execution, collaborating closely with implementation teams, managing reporting and meetings, mitigating risks, and monitoring progress. The Senior Project Manager will also coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless transition from sales to delivery and will provide regular updates to leadership regarding project status.
Candidates should possess the ability to excel in a dynamic environment, manage multiple concurrent projects, demonstrate exceptional client communication skills, and have a minimum of five years of project management experience. Furthermore, proficiency with Securiti products and continuous awareness of product updates are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of large-scale data governance and data privacy projects across an array of industries.
- Oversee projects meticulously, collaborating with implementation teams and facilitating project status reports and meetings.
- Implement project management controls to proactively identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and leadership is kept informed through clear communication.
- Utilize project management tools to track progress, report on milestones and project status, flag and highlight project related risks, issues, dependencies accordingly with x-functional stakeholders .
- Create standardized project templates & deliverables; develop, share and train relevant GTM teams on best practices to achieve faster Customer time to first value
- Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement of Securiti’s delivery methodology
- Collaborate with account managers, customer success managers, and professional services team members to facilitate the handover from sales to delivery teams, and from delivery teams to Customer success.
- Present regular reports to leadership detailing forecasting, resource allocation, and overall project status.
- Learn and maintain knowledge of Securiti solutions
What We Are Looking For:
- Individuals who excel in a high paced environment working with cross-functional teams on multiple customer engagements often concurrently
- Familiarity with data security, cybersecurity, or enterprise IT deployments strongly preferred
- Proven experience successfully managing and overseeing multiple projects
- Effectively communicate with both technical and executive level audiences (Securiti, Customers, Partners), both in written and verbal formats, with the ability to influence and drive consensus towards goals and outcomes
- Proficiency with project management tools (eg Smartsheet, MS Project, Asana, Jira, PSA tools)
- 5+ years of experience in project management
- Salary range 155k-165k plus bonus Equity Details - eligible for stock options Benefits - healthcare, PTO
