We are now hiring for an Event Workforce Coordinator – Perth to join our team to deliver the United Cup - Perth. This is a full-time fixed-term contract until the end of January 2026.

About the role
As Event Workforce Coordinator – Perth, you will support the operational and administrative delivery of the event workforce. In this role you will:
- Act as the first point of contact for the event workforce, coordinating high-volume recruitment and resourcing.
- Oversee reward and recognition initiatives, including daily acknowledgements and service awards.
- Assist with rostering across functional areas and manage employment documentation as required.
- Liaise with tournament stakeholders and internal teams to coordinate on-site inductions, registrations, and respond to general workforce enquiries.
About you
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Demonstrated experience in workforce planning, human resources or similar
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines
- A current Police Check and Working with Children Check (or be willing to obtain)
- Preparedness to be flexible in regard to working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis Australia
