What Awaits You:
- Provide support to the maintenance department in equipment troubleshooting to reduce / eliminate downtime
- Provide engineering support to plant operations
- Design, inspect, and repair equipment
- Create and implement equipment maintenance schedules
- Research and implement opportunities to make processes more efficient.
- Quantify performance and improvement opportunities
- Improve overall equipment effectiveness
- Specify and oversee work of outside contractors
- Document equipment operations and parameters
Qualifications
What You'Ll Need To Succeed:
- Technical education (Degree in Engineering or comparable) required
- Relevant technical knowledge of your defined functional area
- Related experience in a manufacturing facility required
- Knowledge in defining process equipment & technologies
- Product design knowledge a plus
- Knowledge in Six Sigma and Quality Management Tools a plus
- Microsoft Office product knowledge required
- CAD/Solidworks knowledge required
