We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us. The ideal candidate will have almost 2 to 3 years of experience in talent
acquisition, preferably within the SaaS or IT industry. If you are enthusiastic

Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle for tech and non-tech roles, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Sourcing and Talent Pipeline: Utilize innovative sourcing methods to identify and engage high-quality candidates. Build and maintain a pipeline of potential talent in different countries.
- Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics. Provide guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, providing timely feedback, and facilitating smooth transitions.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor practices to enhance recruitment strategies and attract top talent.
- Continuous Learning: Embrace opportunities for professional development and apply new knowledge to improve recruitment processes and strategies.
- HR Support: You will also be required to perform HR-related tasks as and when needed to support the overall functioning of the HR department.
Requirements
- Experience: 2+years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles, preferably within the SaaS or IT industry.
- International Recruitment: The applicant must have international hiring experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Passion: Genuine enthusiasm for learning and growing within the field of HR and talent acquisition.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Hybrid Working: This role offers the flexibility to work remotely while requiring you to join our office two to three times per week. You will maintain a strong connection with the team through virtual collaboration tools and regular online meetings. Please note that the position may transition to fully onsite in the future (if required).
