Release Manager

• Coordinate and manage software releases across multiple teams and environments.
• Plan release activities in alignment with sprint cycles and business priorities.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, operations, and product teams to ensure readiness for deployments.
• Enforce and continuously improve release management processes, including approvals, versioning, and rollback strategies.
• Track, document, and communicate release schedules, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements for deployment efficiency and reliability.
• Act as the central point of contact for release-related issues and escalations.

• Good knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Good knowledge of software deployments, including best practices for release planning and execution.
• Basic knowledge of REST APIs and microservices architecture.
• Shell scripting knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate across distributed teams.
• Strong attention to detail and process discipline, with the ability to follow and enforce release processes.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, resolve conflicts, and deliver under tight deadlines.

Nice To Have

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation tools.
• Familiarity with containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with monitoring and troubleshooting deployments in production environments.
