This is a remote position.

Schedule:
  • Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Brooklyn, US (Eastern time) with 1 hour unpaid break
  • 40 hours per week

Responsibilities:
  • Manage comprehensive client bookkeeping operations using QuickBooks Online across multiple accounts
  • Execute bill paying services and maintain accurate financial records for diverse client portfolio
  • Handle catch-up bookkeeping projects to bring client accounts current and organized
  • Provide light administrative support including business travel coordination and scheduling
  • Support clients with various paperwork needs and administrative tasks as they arise
  • Learn and implement new financial processes and projects as the practice expands
  • Maintain confidential client financial data with the highest level of security and professionalism
  • Collaborate with the consulting team to ensure seamless client service delivery


Requirements

  • Extensive hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (this is a must)
  • MUST HAVE A WINDOWS OS COMPUTER
  • Proven track record as a seasoned bookkeeper with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment during US business hours
  • Experience handling sensitive financial information and maintaining strict confidentiality
  • Willingness to sign NDA and work with confidential client data including bank account information
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with the consulting team
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn new processes and take on additional projects as the business grows
