Data Automation Specialist

This is a remote position.

• Contract type: Independent Contractor
• Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 9AM-6PM UK time with 1-hour unpaid break

• DataX Project: Collaborate on the DataX project by finalizing automation workflows for data intake from Lusha and other sources. Assist in drafting and implementing new data schemas to ensure a single source of truth.
• Automated Bot Reporting System: Develop and refine automated summaries from DailyBot check-ins. This includes creating workflows for data parsing, pushing data to Google Sheets, and configuring check-ins for various teams.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with team members across Sales, Marketing, and Operations to gather requirements, provide technical solutions, and align project deliverables.
• Process Optimization: Identify and automate manual processes, such as data backfilling and report generation, to improve efficiency.
• Project Documentation: Assist in documenting project overviews, implementation plans, and process flows.
• Cost Analysis: Perform cost analyses and evaluations of new tools and software to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a data-driven or automation-focused role.
• Strong understanding of data schema, data parsing, and workflow automation principles.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets and a good understanding of data aggregation and reporting.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• A proactive attitude and a keen eye for identifying opportunities for process improvement.
• Experience with automation platforms (e.g., N8N) and sales/marketing tools (e.g., Lusha, Sales Navigator) is a plus.
