Job Description

As an Appointment Setting Agent, you’ll play a pivotal role in connecting sophisticated AI solutions with home services business leaders who are ready to transform their operations. This is far more than traditional appointment setting—you’ll be engaging with C-level executives, business owners, and senior managers who are actively seeking competitive advantages through AI technology. You’ll navigate complex organizational structures, build relationships with high-value prospects, and present compelling value propositions that secure strategic discovery meetings. Responsibilities

  • Conduct sophisticated outbound calling campaigns through HubSpot CRM targeting home services industry decision makers
  • Navigate complex organizational hierarchies to identify and connect with key decision makers including business owners, COOs, and general managers
  • Develop and execute multi-touch calling sequences to build relationships with high-level prospects
  • Present compelling AI value propositions that resonate with executive-level audiences focused on competitive advantage and revenue growth
  • Schedule qualified discovery meetings for senior sales team members with pre-qualified, high-intent prospects
  • Maintain detailed prospect records and follow-up sequences within HubSpot CRM system
  • Participate in comprehensive training program during the first week to master product knowledge and sales methodology


Requirements

  • Professional phone presence with neutral accent that projects executive-level credibility (must sound like internal team member, not external call center)
  • Proven experience with HubSpot CRM platform for outbound sales activities
  • Demonstrated success in appointment setting or inside sales roles, particularly with high-level executives and decision makers
  • Ability to engage in sophisticated business conversations about AI technology, competitive positioning, and strategic business transformation
  • Experience navigating complex B2B sales cycles and reaching C-level prospects in competitive industries
  • Strong communication skills with ability to quickly build rapport and credibility with senior business leaders
  • Results-driven mindset with focus on quality appointments and long-term relationship building
