Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Level 1 IT Support Technician with strong expertise in Microsoft 365 Administration and Microsoft Intune to join our IT support team. The ideal candidate will provide advanced technical support, manage endpoint environments, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations for users. This role requires both technical proficiency and excellent communication skills to deliver high-quality support and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced technical support for Microsoft 365 applications and services, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
  • Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft Intune for endpoint management, including device enrollment, compliance policies, and application deployment.
  • Assist with user account administration, security groups, and access controls in Microsoft 365.
  • Perform routine system maintenance, software updates, and security patching.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues from Level 1 support related to Microsoft 365, Intune, and Windows environments.
  • Support configuration and monitoring of endpoint security solutions such as Microsoft Defender.
  • Assist in implementing backup processes and disaster recovery procedures when required.
  • Document troubleshooting steps, technical solutions, and configuration changes.
  • Provide user support and training where needed, ensuring excellent customer service.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of IT support experience, ideally as a Level 1 Technician or equivalent.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration (user management, policies, security, troubleshooting).
  • Practical experience with Microsoft Intune (device enrollment, compliance, application deployment).
  • Knowledge of Windows Server environments and Windows 10+ operating systems.
  • Familiarity with macOS and iOS device management is a plus.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, able to resolve escalated technical issues independently.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with end-users and IT teams.
  • Comfortable documenting processes and solutions clearly.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
