Job Description

Responsibilities
- Contact licensed insurance agents from comprehensive databases containing 20,000-30,000 qualified leads
- Present an exciting business opportunity and value proposition to licensed insurance professionals
- Schedule appointments for interested prospects to visit the company’s Florida office for detailed discussions
- Execute high-volume outbound calling campaigns with daily targets of hundreds of calls
- Follow proven scripts and processes designed for consistent, professional messaging
- Maintain detailed records of call outcomes, prospect interactions, and appointment scheduling
- Participate in quality assurance sessions and call monitoring for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with the team to optimize outreach strategies and share best practices
- Work directly with management team for ongoing coaching and performance optimization
Requirements
- Excellent bilingual communication skills in both Spanish and English
- Previous experience in appointment setting, outbound calling, or customer outreach preferred
- Strong professional phone presence and exceptional interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented mindset with proven ability to meet and exceed daily and weekly targets
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated quiet home office environment
- Flexibility to work during Eastern Time business hours (Florida time zone)
