This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Toronto Time  - 1 hour unpaid break

Scope

  • Remote work with potential for flexible hours
  • Initial focus on outbound calls and emails, with potential to expand into account management

Responsibilities

  • Conduct introductory calls to potential B2B clients in the commercial industrial sector
  • Follow up with prospects via email to progress deals through the sales funnel
  • Utilize the company’s CRM system to track and manage leads effectively
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for senior sales representatives
  • Collaborate with the internal sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities
Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the commercial industrial sector
  • MUST HAVE WINDOWS OS COMPUTER WITH MINIMUM OF 30 GB RAM HARD DRIVE
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Resilience and ability to handle objections professionally
  • Fluency in English; additional languages may be an asset
