This is a remote position.
Schedule:
- 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Toronto Time - 1 hour unpaid break
Scope
- Remote work with potential for flexible hours
- Initial focus on outbound calls and emails, with potential to expand into account management
- Opportunity to influence sales strategies and processes

Responsibilities
- Conduct introductory calls to potential B2B clients in the commercial industrial sector
- Follow up with prospects via email to progress deals through the sales funnel
- Utilize the company’s CRM system to track and manage leads effectively
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for senior sales representatives
- Collaborate with the internal sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the commercial industrial sector
- MUST HAVE WINDOWS OS COMPUTER WITH MINIMUM OF 30 GB RAM HARD DRIVE
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Resilience and ability to handle objections professionally
- Fluency in English; additional languages may be an asset
