We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Program Manager to drive strategic initiatives, ensure financial and operational discipline, and manage cross-functional programs that enable business success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, financial oversight, and stakeholder engagement, with the ability to navigate a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management – Oversee overall program budget, including T&E; track spend, forecast, and ensure financial discipline.
  • End-to-End Program Management – Lead planning, monitoring, and delivery of complex initiatives; establish clear milestones, timelines, and success metrics.
  • Contractor & Resource Onboarding – Facilitate onboarding of contractor resources; ensure compliance with company processes and quick ramp-up.
  • Issue Tracking & Escalation – Drive proactive follow-up on risks, dependencies, and escalations to ensure timely resolution. Assist in audit response as applicable.
  • Governance & Reporting – Develop and maintain program dashboards, executive-level reporting and presentations, and communication materials.
  • Change Management – Ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies across impacted teams.
  • Stakeholder Management – Collaborate with cross-functional partners within and outside of Technology Risk and Information Security, ensuring alignment and transparency across all levels.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in financial services, technology, or consulting.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar budgets and driving cost optimization.
  • Strong experience in talent management and cross-functional team leadership.
  • Excellent communication and written skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and present to executive audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage vendors and third-party providers, including onboarding and off boarding of resources.
  • Skilled in risk identification, mitigation planning, and escalation management.
  • Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint, Slack/Teams).
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

Minimum Qualifications

 

Salary Range: $110,000.00 to $190,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
