We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Engineer with a strong background in building scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, testing, and deploying applications for large-scale distributed systems.

Requirements

Must Have

• Hands-on experience in designing, developing, testing, and deploying applications using Golang for large-scale systems.
• Strong knowledge of Linux as a production environment.
• Expertise in data structures, algorithms, distributed systems, and asynchronous architectures.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent, with 5+ years of commercial software development experience in distributed systems.
• Proficiency in OOP principles, including design patterns.
• Ability to design and implement low-latency RESTful services.
• Proven experience coding and building backend services that handle high-volume traffic.
• Strong understanding of system performance, optimization, and scalability.
• Experience in data modeling across relational and NoSQL databases.
• Ability to refactor applications for maintainability and quality.
• Excellent communication skills, sharp analytical thinking, and strong design abilities.
• Self-starter with a passion for learning, problem-solving, and driving efficient outcomes.

Nice To Have

• Familiarity with the Golang ecosystem.
• Experience running web services at scale, with knowledge of systems internals and networking.
• Understanding of HTTP/HTTPS communication protocols.
