It’Ll Be Awesome If You …

• Have 6-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 4 years of Salesforce experience 
• Have expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Are skilled in conducting high-level stakeholder discussions and requirements workshops.
• Have hands-on experience with business process modeling and automation.

More Awesome, If You …

• Have led Salesforce solutioning efforts and worked on complex, enterprise-scale implementations.
• Have experience with CPQ, Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Nonprofit Cloud, or MuleSoft integrations.
• Have familiarity with Salesforce DevOps, Agile methodologies, and enterprise-level governance frameworks.

Here’S What You’Ll Do

• You lead business discovery and solutioning
• You engage with senior stakeholders, conduct in-depth requirement analysis, and shape Salesforce solutions that align with business goals.
• You drive strategic planning and execution
• You translate business needs into well-defined user stories and functional specifications, collaborating with Architects and Developers to deliver effective solutions.
• You ensure clarity and alignment across projects
• You create and refine Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Requirements Documents (FRD), and process flows to drive structured execution.
• You provide leadership in cross-functional collaboration
• You act as a key liaison between business teams, technical teams, and leadership, ensuring smooth project execution and stakeholder alignment.
• You oversee quality assurance and adoption
• You define and execute testing strategies, support user training, and drive solution adoption across teams.
