Requirements

Experience Required

• 14+ years of experience in architecting and scaling real-time/near real-time data systems.

Key Responsibilities & Expertise

• Lead the design and development of large-scale, distributed systems with a focus on performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Solve complex technical challenges with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, simplifying and communicating solutions effectively.
• Drive concurrency and performance optimization strategies across systems.
• Utilize proficiency in Golang, Java, or similar languages to build high-performance applications.
• Implement and optimize gRPC streaming, serialization formats (Protobuf, Avro), and distributed security models (TLS, authentication, authorization).
• Architect solutions leveraging distributed object storage systems (S3, GCS) and data formats (Parquet, Iceberg), ensuring optimization for large-scale environments.
• Design and manage cloud-native data infrastructure using AWS, GCP, or other modern cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with global engineering teams, providing technical leadership, guidance, and alignment across stakeholders.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, ensuring seamless integration, deployment, and system reliability.
