Senior Graphic Designer

We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to support our Sales and Marketing teams with high-quality, on-brand visual content. You’ll focus on presentations, sales materials, social media content, and case studies, ensuring consistency and business impact across all formats.

You’ll also take ownership of templates, visual standards, and act as a gatekeeper for design quality. This is a senior-level role, fully remote.

Form Of Cooperation:

• Employment contract: 8,400–12,400 PLN gross/month
• B2B: 10,100–14,900 PLN net + VAT/month

Tasks And Responsibilities

• Design and refine advanced client proposals and sales materials
• Create and manage templates and visual guidelines
• Deliver visuals for web, emails, ads, and social media
• Produce short-form videos and visual case studies
• Ensure brand consistency across channels
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams

Requirements

Experience

• Minimum 4 years in graphic design
• Strong portfolio in presentations and digital content
• Business or marketing design background

Skills

• Visual storytelling, data visualization, layout
• Google Slides or similar presentation tools
• Tools: Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, CapCut
• Platform-specific design (LinkedIn, IG, newsletters)
• Stock media sourcing and file optimization
• Digital marketing and business awareness
• Familiarity with generative AI tools
• Motion graphics and 2D/3D animation basics
• Video editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva)
• UX/UI awareness
