Work Schedule: Ally designates roles as (1) fully on-site, (2) hybrid, or (3) fully remote. The Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our team as a Customer Account Maintenance and Fulfillment Associate. This role is responsible for handling incoming correspondence, processing customer and third-party fulfillment requests, while ensuring compliance with Federal and State regulations, contractual requirements, and company standards.

In office role with Hybrid schedule - Tuesday, Thursday, Friday in office days, Monday and Wednesday from home.

The Work Itself

  • Receiving and triaging incoming correspondence.
  • Processing customer account maintenance requests such as: name changes, title changes, beneficiary updates and account verifications.
  • Serve as a primary contact for resolving account servicing and maintenance requests, working with the Customer Contact Center, Ally Bank customers, and internal departments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and identify solutions for case resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Complete assigned cases and tasks within service level and quality standards.
  • Complete reports as assigned.

The Skills You Bring

  • Retail banking or equivalent experience preferred
  • Strong and professional communication in both verbal and written business language.
  • Must be able to carry out detailed written/oral instructions or requests.
  • Proficiency in Windows-based PC skills (Microsoft Office) is required.
  • High level ability to multi-task and meet deadlines required while staying organized and maintaining accuracy.
  • Ability to understand, analyze, and interpret various types of documentation to determine appropriate action.
  • Effectively manage & prioritize workload in a high volume/fast paced environment.

Base Pay Range: $49920 - $60320 USDAn individual's position in the range is determined by the specific role, the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications. We review internal pay, the competitive market, and business environment prior to extending an offer.  Incentive Compensation: This position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan.
