About the job you’re considering

• 10+ years of experience in Embedded Analytics, including SAP Business Intelligence, data warehousing, analytical reporting, and SAP Analytics Cloud
• Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience with visualization tools in an SAP environment
• At least 7 years in a client-facing consulting delivery role managing onsite/offshore delivery models
• Proven ability to run Analytics workshops for S/4 implementation projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent verbal and written communication and executive presence
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt quickly to new technologies
• Experience with advanced analytics (predictive, AI, machine learning) is a plus

Your Role

• Lead and facilitate analytics workshops for S/4HANA implementation projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define analytics requirements and deliver solutions
• Oversee the development and deployment of embedded analytics using SAP tools
• Manage client expectations and ensure successful delivery in an onsite/offshore model
• Provide strategic guidance on data visualization and reporting best practices
• Support the hiring and onboarding of analytics team members
• Ensure alignment of analytics solutions with business goals and KPIs

Your skills and experience

• Expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP BI tools
• Strong client engagement and consulting delivery experience
• Proficiency in managing analytics projects in S/4HANA environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with predictive analytics and machine learning concepts
