Where You’ll Make a Difference

• As a Data Analytics Analyst, you’ll be instrumental in building and maintaining the data infrastructure that powers our reporting and insights.
• You’ll support the development of scalable data flows and pipelines, assist in data ingestion and transformation, and ensure the reliability of our backend analytics systems.
• You will be working closely with senior engineers and analysts helping streamline data operations and enable faster, more accurate decision-making across business units.
• Your work will directly impact how data moves, connects, and delivers value across the organization.

What Makes You the Right Fit

We’re looking for someone with a strong technical foundation and a passion for data engineering:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Engineering, Statistics, or a related field
• Experience: 0–2 years in a data or analytics-related role
• Skills:
• Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, or other BI platforms
• Exposure to data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and cloud-based data tools
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work collaboratively and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment

How Would You Stand Out?

While not mandatory, the following would make you an exceptional candidate:

• Hands-on experience with data orchestration tools (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Apache Airflow)
• Exposure to Python or Spark for data manipulation and automation
• Understanding of data modelling and data governance principles
• Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git) and agile development practices
• A proactive attitude, curiosity for emerging technologies, and a drive to optimize backend data processes
