Job Summary We are seeking a talented and forward-thinking AI Solutions Analyst to join our dynamic CRE Technology delivery team. This role is pivotal in driving our strategic initiatives to leverage artificial intelligence to enhance user experience, reduce cost-to-serve, and optimize business processes. The ideal candidate will be passionate about applying cutting-edge AI and data analytics to solve real-world business challenges and deliver tangible value across JLL.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AI-driven solutions to personalize and improve the user experience across our digital platforms.
• Analyze existing workflows to identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency gains through the application of AI and automation.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and visually compelling dashboards and reports primarily using [Specify primary tool, e.g., Tableau, Power BI].
• Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from various sources, including relational databases and data warehouses.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to build and maintain reliable ETL/ELT data pipelines that feed into BI dashboards.
• Perform data validation and quality assurance to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of the data presented in reports and dashboards.
• Build and deploy AI models and process automation tools to streamline operations and optimize key business processes within the DWS function.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective data stories and analytical solutions.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and automation to ensure JLL remains at the forefront of innovation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 1-3 years of proven experience in a data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for complex data extraction and manipulation.
• Demonstrated expertise in a data visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Proficiency in a programming language such as Python or R.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
