What This Opportunity Involves:

We are seeking a highly talented and motivated Finance Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. This hybrid role requires Melbourne-based candidates with the flexibility to attend our CBD office for business meetings and training.

Please note that this is a fixed-term contract until 31st January 2026, with possibility of an extension.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly management accounts with comprehensive variance analysis against budget
• Support budget compliance initiatives and identify corrective actions
• Assist with month-end processes and annual budget preparation
• Deliver ad hoc client and internal reporting
• Drive cost savings through detailed financial analysis and insights

Key Skills and Requirement

• 3+ years' experience in management reporting, budgeting & forecasting in complex commercial environments
• CA or CPA qualification (or currently studying towards completion)
• Property finance experience and financial systems management background will be an added advantage
• Advanced Excel skills including sensitivity analysis and scenario modelling
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
• Experience managing multiple complex deliverables and month-end responsibilities
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
