What This Job Involves:

As a PMO Manager at JLL Work Dynamics, you will serve as the client's single point of contact for strategy, implementation, and escalation for capital works while providing comprehensive program and project management oversight for a prestigious American multinational technology company focused on e-commerce, cloud computing, digital streaming, and artificial intelligence. This strategic leadership role combines program management expertise with facilities coordination, requiring you to establish strong stakeholder relationships, spearhead client business approval processes, and lead global and regional initiatives while ensuring compliance with reporting and business intelligence systems. You will play a crucial role in JLL's commitment to delivering excellent facilities management services by managing cross-functional teams, driving continuous quality monitoring and improvement, collaborating with JLL departments and external professionals, and ensuring adherence to Health and Safety best practices while fostering an inclusive workplace environment.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Establish and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders while acting as client's single point of contact for strategy and implementation
  • Spearhead client's business approval process while leading and program managing delivery of regional and global initiatives as directed
  • Communicate and drive compliance in data capture for JLL and client reporting systems while ensuring scope and budget changes are managed properly
  • Guide teams to deliver operations on time and within budget while ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures and program methodology
  • Act as escalation point liaising with Lead Facility Manager and JLL Country leads to resolve project stress matters
  • Promote continuous quality monitoring and drive improvement in operations and documentation while holding teams accountable for quality control
  • Manage meetings effectively and drive detailed discussions while optimizing tasks to improve individual and team efficiency
  • Lead global/regional projects while checking progress on critical path elements and running on-site meetings as required
  • Manage teams by actively hiring, retaining, and developing members while being responsible for safety, engagement, and development

Required Qualifications:

  • Working experience in program management or project management with team management background
  • Experience in Facility Management coordination and cross-functional collaboration
  • Proficiency in MS Applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint with good IT skills
  • Meticulous and organized approach with strong integrity and honesty
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills with strong presentation abilities
  • Team player mentality with ability to work well with key stakeholders and other departments
  • Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with colleagues while communicating effectively
  • Leadership skills with ability to motivate and engage colleagues while providing positive influence

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with American multinational technology company environments
  • Background in capital works strategy and implementation coordination
  • Knowledge of business approval processes and client system submissions
  • Familiarity with program methodology and standard operating procedures
  • Understanding of construction meetings and project critical path management
  • Experience with Health and Safety compliance in corporate environments
  • Knowledge of JLL reporting and business intelligence systems
  • Background in continuous quality monitoring and process improvement initiatives
