Specialist/Consultant Rheumatologist

SearchPlus HR is thrilled to announce an opportunity for a Specialist/Consultant Rheumatologist to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital position, you will play a key role in diagnosing and managing various rheumatic diseases, including arthritis, lupus, and other autoimmune conditions.

As a Specialist/Consultant Rheumatologist, your responsibilities will include conducting thorough evaluations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, formulating and monitoring treatment plans, and providing exceptional patient education. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping our patients improve their quality of life and manage their conditions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive medical assessments, including history-taking and physical examinations.
• Diagnose and treat a variety of rheumatologic disorders using evidence-based guidelines.
• Order and analyze diagnostic tests such as blood work and imaging studies to support clinical decision-making.
• Develop individualized treatment strategies, including medication management and non-pharmacological interventions.
• Provide education to patients and their families about rheumatic diseases, treatment options, and self-care practices.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Monitor disease progression and treatment efficacy, making necessary adjustments to care plans.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and stay abreast of the latest advancements in rheumatology.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulations.

Requirements

• Medical degree and licensure to practice as a Rheumatologist.
• Completion of residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship training in Rheumatology.
• Board certification or eligibility in Rheumatology.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in managing rheumatic diseases.
• Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills with a patient-centered approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively interact with patients.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• A proactive approach to lifelong learning and engagement in rheumatology research.

Benefits

Working Time is Full Time.

Salary is AED 45K TO AED 90K
