Pediatrics

SearchPlus HR is seeking a dedicated and experienced Pediatrician to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to children, from newborns to adolescents, ensuring their health and wellbeing. You will engage in preventive care, diagnose and treat illnesses, and work closely with families to support their children's development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine check-ups and physical examinations for pediatric patients.
• Diagnose and treat a variety of illnesses, infections, and injuries in children.
• Administer vaccinations and perform preventive health assessments.
• Advise parents and caregivers on health, nutrition, and development of children.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in accordance with clinic protocols.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Provide emotional support and education to families regarding health issues.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and community health programs.

Requirements

• Medical degree from an accredited medical school with specialization in Pediatrics.
• Completion of a Pediatric Residency Program.
• Board certification in Pediatrics is preferred.
• Current medical license to practice in the applicable state or region.
• Strong knowledge of pediatric health issues and treatment protocols.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with children and their families.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to healthcare.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and education.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
