In your role as an Emergency Medicine physician with SearchPlus HR, you will be responsible for providing critical care to patients facing urgent medical situations. You will be required to assess and treat a diverse range of medical emergencies, working diligently to ensure the best possible outcomes for your patients.

Responsibilities:

• Perform rapid assessments of patients presenting to the emergency department
• Deliver timely and appropriate medical interventions for various conditions
• Order diagnostic tests and interpret results to inform treatment decisions
• Stabilize critically ill or injured patients and facilitate their transfer to appropriate care when necessary
• Document all patient evaluations, treatments, and outcomes accurately
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to implement effective treatment plans
• Engage in ongoing education to remain updated with the latest emergency medicine practices

Requirements

• Medical degree with specialization in Emergency Medicine and valid licensure
• Relevant clinical experience in emergency medicine or similar high-acuity settings
• Strong knowledge of emergency protocols, guidelines, and treatment modalities
• Demonstrated ability to make quick and accurate medical decisions under pressure
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and the healthcare team
• Proficient problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
• Current certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS)
