Pluxee and Cobee by Pluxee is seeking a driven and ambitious Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our high-growth team. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and dynamic professional to contribute directly to pipeline generation and play a key role in scaling our sales development function in a fast-paced SaaS and FinTech environment focused on transforming employee benefits.
What you’ll be doing:
- Drive outbound prospecting efforts by contacting potential clients through cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and other channels.
- Qualify leads and book meetings with decision-makers, ensuring opportunities are properly captured and advanced in the sales funnel.
- Consistently achieve activity targets (calls, emails, meetings set) to generate a healthy pipeline for the Account Executive team.
- Keep CRM data accurate and up to date, ensuring visibility on pipeline progress and data cleanliness.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to fine-tune messaging, campaigns, and targeting.
- Stay up to date on market trends and best practices to continuously improve outreach techniques.

- Have some customer-facing experience (retail, hospitality, sales, support, etc.), giving you awareness of pressure, rejection, and resilience.
- Are coachable, open to feedback, curious to learn, and eager to improve every day.
- Have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage high activity levels.
- Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, and adapt well to fast rhythms environments.
- Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or higher education(Business, Marketing or related field is a plus, but not mandatory if you bring the right attitude and drive).
- Work Experience Requirements:Ideally some previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
- Languages:Native Spanish speaker.
- English proficiency is highly valued.
