Pre-Sales Specialist

Responsibility:

• Read and understand drawings and tender documentation 
• Managing, collect data, in order to do the estimation on project 
• Execute the preliminary draft and drawings based on the information of the project received from the customer 
• Carry out the final design and go through all detailed technical drawings needed for the engineering design of facilities 
• Define final commercial offer 
• Cooperate with and involve all the other departments including project management, purchasing, sales, back office and external stakeholders 
• Visit consultant and keep connection with the consultant  Providing an excellent level of customer service to consultants & key accounts 
• Prioritize work and urgent requests 
• Support Sales, during the examination and further discussion of the project with the customer & consultant 
• Working closely with sales / customer / consultants & key accounts to understand and capture requirements. 
• Provide basic technical support during the implementation of equipment  Issue proposal / quotation with regards to projects or non-projects business. 
• Replying to customers following requests forinformation and proposal requests.  Providing ongoing support for customers / consultants & key accounts post implementation. 
• Strong collaboration with Commercial Organization, Marketing, Business Units and Sales functions to ensure seamless customer experience and efficiency at work
• Be a knowledge hub of our products and solutions, and share your product knowledge with customer / consultants & key accounts 
• Master various inhouse drawing software for different product ranges and use the inhouse quotation software 
• Generate reports required by management

Qualifications:

Personal Qualifications:

• Technical Diploma or University Degree in Architecture / Engineering 
• With minimum 3 to 5 years working experience in similar environment 
• Very good knowledge of CAD applications (Autocad 2D, Revit & Autocad 3D will be considered a plus); good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and relative Apps (SharePoint, One Drive, Teams, Planner, etc.).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Acrobat Reader. 
• Food equipment and market knowledge 
• Strong presentation skills 
• Good communication and networking skills 
• Ability to work in a multicultural/multinational team
