Pursuits Team provides support with preparing RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, pitchbooks, Qualifications, Orals presentation support, Pursuit debrief, etc.
•Create the document structure according to RFx requirements and collaborate with onshore engagement teams to ensure that deliverables are aligned with the requirements
•Strong hold and understanding of the proposal writing process and ability to manage multiple proposal opportunities and shadowing junior team members
•Working with onshore resourcing team and supporting the team with allocation and managing requests
•Quickly grasp the objectives for proposals and presentations and identify the requirements for the KGS Pursuit Support team to ensure successful outcomes
•Create and maintain standard presentations and content library that can be reused in future opportunities as applicable
•Gather and evaluate data from internal portals, engagement teams, and leverage standard templates to deliver high-quality deliverables within tight deadlines
•Collaborate with onshore teams to establish a repository of recent client presentations, RFP/RFI responses, and marketing collateral
•Ensure that all relevant documents are added to the repository/Microsoft SharePoint and track status to meet project deadlines
•Create professional and visually appealing presentations and proposals that meet clients' expectations and adhere to the KPMG Brand Guidelines
•Maintain a relentless focus on customer-centricity, and leverage excellent problem-solving skills to simplify complex business problems
•Manage and guide team members to achieve project objectives, providing support, feedback, and coaching as needed
•Identify process improvement opportunities and explore automation possibilities to minimize manual efforts and increase overall project efficiency
