Marketing/Advertising Production

We are looking for a versatile and dynamic individual to join our team as  Content  Marketing , thru all mediums including video, email  and traditional . This role will involve both marketing and customer service responsibilities, requiring a keen understanding of both areas to provide exceptional service to our customers.

• Responsibilities:
• - Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and attract new customers
• - Create engaging content both graphics , video, digital and written , for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and website updates
• - Assist with the organization and execution of marketing events and promotions
• - Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service experiences
• - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and recommend improvements to products or services
• Qualifications:
• - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• - 2+ years of experience in marketing and/ roles
• - Strong written and verbal communication skills
• - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite , light HTML ,AI ,Video 
• - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• - Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
• - Experience with CRM software a plus

Video and digital content and production competencies are mandatory as well as excellent writing skills
